Download Content not showing in-game.

Yesterday my Xbox stopped working on me. That xbox was where all the DLC for two different Xbox Live accounts was saved. I took out my Hard Drive from the Xbox that broke and put it in a new Xbox. All the save files are still there, but I'm having problems with the Download Content (Maps in this case). The account that downloaded the map packs wasn't mine, but another Xbox Live account on the same Xbox. We both play Halo Reach; sometimes together and somtimes alone. When we played before on the old Xbox, we could both access the maps together, or apart.  Now when I play Halo Reach it says I don't have the Map Packs, and it takes me to the screen to buy them again. When logged out and into the other account, the game loads fine and the maps are there. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? I thought it was a license problem, and I have already used the license transfer method on Xbox.com, but it was no success.

Did you do the license transfer from both accounts or just one of them? You'd have to do the license transfer from the account that purchased the content.

I did license transfers on both of them. One of the Map packs then worked, but apparently the other license wasn't transferred at all. It also says that I do not have any Download Content for Red Dead Redemption, when I have definitely played it before. I even have the achievement for 100% completion on it.

Are you certain this content was originally purchased with your account? Do you see it in your Download History?
