Double purchasing my Xbox Live renewal

Hi

Last night, I renew my Xbox Live account (Familly Pack) and during the process, I need to push 2 time on the Finish bottom. So I look my billing information and I see that I was be billing twice for my purshase.

 

My question is, how can I be refund for my second accidentely purchase of the pack.

Please contact Xbox support through chat or phone. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us so they can cancel the subscription and give you a refund and purchase the subscription again.

Hi Sharktek33;

Mistakes happen all the time and believe me, this has happened to me more then once! You should be able to get a refund no problem just call up xbox or chat with them with the link irekski gave you, you should have no problem at all, best of luck!
