Double billed from Microsoft and VUDU.

Hello. I was billed twice for the movie that I rented. Once for Jurassic world HD, and once for Jurassic world HDX. Could you please resolve this issue? I enjoy your service, but it doesn't help that this happened so easily. Thank you.

Sorry to hear it.  You'll need to contact phone support for this issue.  If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269.  If they cannot help you then you will need to contact VUDU support as in app purchases may go directly to them.
