Don't know what's my roblox email

So I forgot my roblox email and that email is connected to xbox account, how can I see what roblox account I have connected to my xbox account because I bought robux through the xbox store but I cant buy anything without logging in to my laptop or phone?

Roblox has a page about how to recover our account which also includes a couple methods that may help you locate this info.

If you continue to have issues you can contact their support and they may be able to also recover this info for you.
