The ONLY other thing you can do to help clean up Halo Reach is to complain to the GAME DEVELOPER about the issue as it is their responsibility to patch their game to prevent any mods/cheats. However, boosting (by means of the
games regular mechanics) is not against the XBL Terms of Service/Code of Conduct so MS will not take any enforcement action against players who do so.
Some Game Developers have taken a stance and said boosting is not allowed on their game and even have given the players the tools to report such activity. If Halo Reach has that feature, I suggest you use it.
