I added 1600 ms points to my account 2 weeks ago and I cannot use them to purchase anything on xbox live. So far supports response is that they have no idea and I will have to wait till Friday at the earliest to get the issue resolved. Friday is best case scenario. I may have to wait 2 more weeks. When I tell support I am not happy having already spent the money and then having to wait a month to use my points they ask if there is anything else or if that's all. When the new systems launch I am not buying the xbox. Why would I spend money when I get nothing for it and Microsoft could care less. At least I work at a store that sells video games and I can from now on make sure everyone knows to buy a Playstation instead.
