Dishonored dlc unreadable disc !

Hi, I download the new dishonored dlc and when I started to select the dlc from mission menu its shows me unreadable disc !?! 

I tried everything possible and still it don't work :( ,

Hey folks! Sorry to hear about the DLC troubles. 

I would suggest we start by re-downloading that DLC to different storage device, such as a USB drive.

Thank you mister ohnaka for the respones , I tried what you said and it goes the same thing

unreadable disc , until now I did everything and waste alot of time in this dlc just to set it up ,

so I come with this conclusion : it seems the dlc is reagion locked , so if you download it from us market and you console is pal ver it may not work , I didn't tried to download it from uk market because I can't buy  a new 800 point since I'm living in country that it's hard to get 800 point , so anyone would try ?

Ok it's been four days since the dlc released and it didnt work with me :''(

Hmm.. It could possibly be a region issue. Have you tried removing all peripherals (USB, HDD, Headset, Kinect) and seeing if it works? Let us know!

I removed all peripherals and give it try , it goes the same unreadable disc : "(

Now like I said before it's might be region locked , anyone can confirm that ? and if its region locked I'm going to cry :"(

Hey there Rai! This definitely sounds like a region lock issue to me. Which DLC specifically are you trying to play? What region is your account registered to? What region are you currently in? Tell us that info and we'll check for region issues for you.

Hey mr cerb : ) , the dlc is the knife of dunwall and I downloaded it from US market and my console is pal region , I know I should register by using UK account but I'm living in a country that there is no market for it , however I hope there is a solution or method to fix the problem .

Yeah Rai it looks like the DLC is region locked and isn't available in your region. In the future, I would make sure your Xbox region, your account region, and your physical location are all the same so that you don't run into situations like this.

The best advice I can give you on this particular scenario would be to use the Contact Us page to set up a support call and see if they would be willing to offer you a refund.
