disgruntled fan

Hi, already been on hold like a million times trying to get through to ea sports. Love my Xbox, love fifa13 but I've payed out so much money on micro points for gold packs and so called special packs. Ive been in contact with Xbox helpline and was helped out and pointed in d right direction. As for ea sports, nt a word, nt an email, nt a tweet or Facebook reply. Surely somebody represents the Microsoft customer to do something about this, im feeling very ripped off.....

not that it would count much

microtransactions has been around forever but it is still optional

It's possible they are busy. I've had dealings with EA support in the past and found them to be very competent.
