Disc Unreadable

So I have CoD BLOPS installed to my HDD and it has been working fine for, well, since the game came out.

Now, after every couple of matches, it tells me ''Disc unreadable".

If the game is being played from my HDD and the disc is not even spinning, why is this happening?

The disc not spinning is normal when you have a game installed, because the Xbox is attempting to read the disc using data mostly from the hard drive.  You might just have a flaw on your disc, like a scratch that you can't see.

Are other games causing this problem? If not, you might want to try to clean that disk with soft cloth or something and try again. If yes, then your DVD drive is probably about to die.
