Did not Receive Code for Free Fall or Confirmation Email of Purchase

I did not receive a confirmation email regarding my purchase of Ghost.  However, I was able to download the application.

I did not receive a "token" for Free Fall.

How can I get this resolved.

Hey, this promotion is via Xbox Rewards. Per their FAQ, users should receive the map in their email around November 26th. http://rewards.xbox.com/faq/
