Destiny pre-order dlc removed from reinstall list

Last night I noticed that I couldn't use the suros pre-order items so went to bungie.net was told to reinstall the dlc and it should fix it.  When I tried to reinstall the dlc i was told to insert a physical disc or switch to the profile that was used to buy the dlc if it was digital download, which is the only account on my xbox. So i left it for the night and tried to reinstall it this morning and it was removed from the ready to install list.

Hey everyone!

Apologies for the delay in reply. I wanted to stop in to see if you're still unable to access your pre-order DLC. If it's still not showing for you in your ready to install list, let's try a full power cycle. Hold the power button down for 10 seconds (or until console turns off) and then wait 30 seconds before turning your console back on.

If you're still not seeing your content after a power cycle, you'll wanna try these steps to Remove Profile. Once the profile is removed you'll wanna add it back to the console from the sign-in screen. Let us know how it goes!

Tried both and removing my profile then doing a power cycle none of them worked,

Please be sure you're playing on an account that pre-ordered the content from the Xbox Store. You can check your recent transactions over on commerce.microsoft.com. If you're not sure if you pre-ordered the content or not, you can reach out to Phone or Chat Support for further details on that.

ok, I have all parts of the DLC installed, when run the game last saturday, the Suros pack stop functions, I uninstall this part and can not reinstall because is not in my list of download content, and all other parts of DLC send me $xxx to buy this again like new DLC content. the Store have not registrys about my last buy of this DLC in my only account.
