Data won't load, games and apps will not function.

I can't play any game or use any app right now. When I try to launch a game, it loads, but at the point where you have to press A to enter the menus, it says that data won't load and that I should try again later. I've waited two days and it still won't work. My internet connection is absolutely fine, so why won't the games and apps load? Where is this data that they need to function?

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem
