All racing game wheel users

The new update has made everyone using a MS certified wheel unable to play racing games. It gives no ff, and input in notchy. Everyonve in a while it will "hook up" and work fine, but then they will sometimes hard turn and creat a scenerio whe motor burnout can occur.

MS. Fix this patch.

Are you referring to the Wireless speed Wheel, the Microsoft Force feedback wheel, or some other wheel entirely?

If FFB, have you tried any troubleshooting steps? A different USB port on the console?

If Wireless Speed Wheel, did you resync it? Freshly charged?

If 3rd party wheel.. have you checked their manual at all?

For the hard turning... Are you touching the wheelw hen you launch the game? what about when loading a map? it used to be the case that the wheels would calibrate during loading, so if you were messing with it during that time, it'd always steer in a direction... Same thing happens with controllers.

I was reading a few posts on the forza forums about people having the same issues. Even though the update says nothing about changing the wheel settings it apparently has caused some problems.

Firstly, welcome to xbox support forums.Try clearing your system cache it may or may not help but right now it's the only suggestion I can think of. You can do this by going to storage then hardrive when hardrive is highlighted press y and select clear system cache. Please keep us updated on your problem!

The problem is affecting ffb wheels by Microsoft, Fanatec and Mad Catz.  Possibly others as well.  this link goes to 9 pages of problem reports and descriptions on the Forza boards.
