Cox Communications Las Vegas guide off by 3 hours

Hello,

My issue is with the OneGuide on Xbox One. The channel numbers are correct, however the lineup for programming is 3 hours ahead of what it should be.

I have confirmed my time zone is correct.

I've tried every combination of HD/SD channels being displayed.

Any tips?

Hi KillerStephen, are you still seeing this issue?  The lineup appears correct to me, but I don't actually have Cox Communications Las Vegas cable in my Seattle office :).  Could you give some examples of channels that are showing the incorrect programming?  Thanks!

Seems to be straight actually. May have been a specific channel. Ill comment again if I notice which specifically.

The problem is with channels 1261 and 1300. OneGuide displays data that is 3 hours old. There might be other channels affected but I don't have a large subscription package.

Hey there, Desert Salt! I'm very sorry to see any issues with your channels on the OneGuide. You should be able to report individual channel issues with our TV Troubleshooter under Settings. This thread is a bit old. If you need assistance with any other support issue, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into and troubleshooting you've completed.
