Comcast TV Changing Channels/Remote - Snap Feature

My wife and I just set our Xbox up last night and are still fiddling with it.

We were able to have to connect and watch TV but we were struggling to figure out how to change the channel (not looking for the Xbox Watch HBO command) by scrolling through the guide list and selecting a show, is there an easy way or is it still best to manually scroll down with the xbox controller and select?

Also we use Comcast, and we were curious how can we access our DVR content and OnDemand, since we have connected the Xbox One our Comcast TV remote no longer works.

Lastly, if I am playing a game and snap to tv, is there a way to swap which audio plays (whether the primary or the snap'd item)

Sorry for the string of questions, just wanted to knock em all out before I forget.

Hi Jacob, good questions.

You can jump through the guide a few ways:

1) Add a channel to favorites so you never have to scroll again

2) Use the triggers to page up/down quickly

3) Say "What's on HBO" to jump right to HBO

4) Try the "Jump Up" and "Jump down" voice commands

Unfortunately you can't access DVR content from the Xbox One. It'd be great to do that someday and we're brainstorming solutions.

Currently audio is automatically leveled. We are aware that many users want to change this.
