Comcast Cisco RNG800

Have Cisco RNG800 connected to my Xbox One and am having problem with picture zooming after a channel is chosen.   Cannot figure this out at all, it isnt the cable box as it works perfectly connect directly to TV.  Have tried everything but a factory reset of the Xbox One.  Anyone else having this issue?

Press the menu button on the xbox controller while in the TV App.  It should pop up a menu with the Display Mode. Set that to 'Native' (highlight the display mode and change it by pressing 'A').  I suspect it's on 'Zoom' or 'Stretch'  (might not be of course)

Thanks, you fixed something that even support couldnt do, but it is a new systen and not everyone knows it all yet i guess.
