Collection on phone 8.1 not synced with collection on cloud

Hi, it's been two weeks that my phone (windows phone 8.1) is no syncing the streaming collection on cloud. When I downlad or delete something on my phone from xbox music I can't see those changes on my collection when I use the Windows 8.1 app. And vice versa. It's like that the phone app is not searching for changes in the cloud collection. I'll try to explain better with an example:
I removed a 3 Doors Down song from my cloud collection using the Windows 8.1 app. When I go to my collection setted on "streaming only) on my phone, well, that song is still there. As the same way I downloaded an album of John Meyer with the phone app and I can't see it in my collection on cloud when I search for it using the app on Windows 8.1 or the web app

It was working until 2 weeks ago. It's a little bit annoying because I have to do the same operations 2 times. what can I do? thank you.
