COD Ghosts Season Pass Not Delivered

Like a stupid fool, I purchased the Season Pass for COD Ghosts on the November 5 release date. When the DLC trinkets that come with the future map packs did not show up, I contacted Activision( numerous times) and asked what the deal was. They claimed they had no record of my Season Pass purchase and to "wait and see what happens". Sure. I contacted Microsoft and asked them to not charge my credit card because I have no evidence I've received the Season Pass and Activision has no record of it.

I realize there are no refunds on the Season Pass, but I never received it. My credit card was charged for a product that was never delivered. I asked Microsoft to not charge my card and I'll buy the Season Pass later when they get the problems worked out, but they would rather steal my $50.

Customer or victim, hard to tell these days.

Not really sure what your issue is here or what you're actually complaining about but as far as season pass purchases go from or on your Xbox 360 console if you purchased it using THIS gamertag it will always show up in your download history AND your transaction history found here.

If you paid for an item on your Xbox 360 console using the Xbox LIVE Marketplace then there's no refunds for a season pass, once it's charged and on your account activated they can't remove it as it's digital.

If you purchased a season pass from a retail store and redeemed the code on your console you more than likely have the currency for the season pass on your account and you'll need to use your Xbox 360 console to make the purchase of that season pass using that currency.

If you have any other issues you'll need to contact phone support
