Like a stupid fool, I purchased the Season Pass for COD Ghosts on the November 5 release date. When the DLC trinkets that come with the future map packs did not show up, I contacted Activision( numerous times) and asked what the deal was. They claimed they had no record of my Season Pass purchase and to "wait and see what happens". Sure. I contacted Microsoft and asked them to not charge my credit card because I have no evidence I've received the Season Pass and Activision has no record of it.
I realize there are no refunds on the Season Pass, but I never received it. My credit card was charged for a product that was never delivered. I asked Microsoft to not charge my card and I'll buy the Season Pass later when they get the problems worked out, but they would rather steal my $50.
