classic status code 80169D94

i did some reaserch online to find a way to fix this my self, but all that was said i did before i reaserched...

from what i am getting from many forums, is that this code comes up when my account has been locked from making purcheses. i did notice that someone added there email to my windos live account and changed my password, i fixed that problem but i don't see how that could affect my ability of buying games, media, and ms points...

i would like to know if i can fix this myself or if i have to call in..

You can update your information yourself on billing.microsoft.com, but you will have to call support and work with billing to get your account unlocked.
