Hey guys I was wondering does anyone know of any cheap capture cards? Im looking for one for under £10-15.I have windows 7 and I read that some capture cards don't work with Win7. So if anyone knows any cheap capture cards and could maybe post some footage here it would be much appreciated, many thanks.

Easycap USB would be your best bet i guess in that price range.

The newest EasyCap model (EasyCap DC60+ v3.1B ) supports Windows 7 and is the best version of the EasyCap you can buy. How you can tell which model it is, is beyond me. I only just learned about this information with a quick Google search "does easycap work with windows 7".

I personally use a Dazzle and it's currently hooked up via composite cables, so the quality is pretty mediocre right now. However I did order a S-video cable so it should get quite a bit better. My best quality so far... [View:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0t9R3onJW3k] All in all it's cost me around $70 for everything, not too bad but a bit expensive for the quality. I've thought about upgrading to an HD PVR but $180-$200 is a bit steep.

The cheapest option is the EasyCap, but if you want to spend a bit more cash and get some decent SD quality, go with the Dazzle + S-Video.
