Charges taken in error

My bank account was charged £5.99 on 19th and 27th July by Microsoft X-Box but I haven't bought anything. What's going on?

well could it be a membership renewal?

everytime you purchase a dashboard deal they tell you this membership will renew at this date

they also send multiple emails to the contact email
