Apologies for the confusion regarding your issue with a possible extra charge.
Please go to http://commerce.microsoft.com/ and then click on "Purchase History"
Under "View from" select the year that you purchased the items then click "Search"
From there, you can review if you were charged twice for the EA Access/Xbox LIVE membership.
