charged twice for the same download

i was wondering if i could get some official help with a problem.

i have just added some points to my account to purchase DLC for borderlands, that went well.

when i tried to download the content, i was given an error message, sadly i didn't make a note of it, but the 800 ms points were taken from my account.

i had a look in my download history to see if it was there, but it wasn't, so i went back to the marketplace to try from there.

this time it worked but i was charged another 800 ms points.

will MS refund me the 800 ms points that were taken without a purchase.

the DLC in question is new revolution.

this problem only occured about 10 minutes ago and it was on this account tat i'm posting with.

Phone Xbox Support and explain to them what happened and see if they can refund you.
