Charged Twice For 1 Month?

I purchased a month of xbox live on 6/27/11. I looked in my bank account and I was charged twice a fee of $9.99. Yet it says my xbox live runs out 7/24/11. It never told me that I would be charged twice nor did it tell me the reason. I used a debit card online to purchase it. Is there any explanation to this? I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Call support. They're the only ones who can help you with billing issues. You can also check your account at billing.microsoft.com

Thanks, but I went through and clicked around, and it wouldn't lead me to a number that I could call for that issue. Is there a way to get the number?
