I logged on today and tried to purchase Limbo, but received an error message saying that the content was currently unavailable. I waited for about a minute and tried again and received a different error message saying that my account was locked from making purchases. I deleted my profile, cleared my cache, redownloaded my profile and tried again and finally managed to successfully purchase and download Limbo... but when I checked my account, I had been billed for it 3 times.
Normally I would assume I need to call the billing department, but the Xbox support page led me here. Please help? :)
