Charged me for a free product.

I bought the Haze skin pack while it was free, and then it was changed to 240 msp shortly after and I got charged for it. It said free when i purchased it on my xbox. Can a moderator or admin help me with this issue, because customer support refuses.

they said they wont, because all they can see is that it's no longer free.
