Charged me double for DLC?

I'm in a pickle right now as I purchased Saints Row The Third: Trouble With Clones DLC while I had 2000MSP and it gave me an error which claimed:

The 8015341E status code usually means there is a temporary billing service problem with Xbox LIVE. To fix this problem:

  • Retry the purchase immediately. Sometimes there are temporary problems with our billing service. Try making your purchase again.

  Note If the previous purchase was not successful, you will not be charged Microsoft Points a second time

So I retried the purchased Immediately as said and it still said I had 2000MSP. However, once the official purchase went through it appeared I have lost 1020MSP (560 x2) as my account says above. Should I call Xbox-Supports number and report the problem? Or is there a way to verify it here?

This did happen to me once and they reversed it when I called in.
