Okay this morning I check my bank account to see that "MSFT *XBOX LIVE 800-386-5550" had charged my debit card twice, on the same day (the 22nd of this month) for one month of live (9.99, like it has been for the past 7 months even though I've changed my billing info/turned off auto renew, Microsoft is forcing me to buy live.)
Well today, I turn on my Xbox, go on blops and try to play some zombies on Xbox live (figured I might as well get my money's worth) and it said "gold membership has expired" and asked me to renew it or revert. Renew? Again? Isn't paying twice enough?????!
I'm very extremely agitated! This isn't the first time I've been charged twice, but at least I was able to use it before.
Now, Microsoft is just taking my money for nothing.
I would greatly appreciate some help here.
