Charged but no download.

Hi i have tried to download a DLC for Star Wars The Force Unleashed but it keeps failing. I've had two email saying I've been billed for the DLC but it does not appear in my download history and doesn't register that I've bought it. In total I've been charged £6.00 but no DLC.

Can you double check commerce.microsoft.com and see if the purchase is showing there.


If it is, there are a few things that will help us to investigate this:

  1. Your GT:
  2. The purchase that was charged but not listed in DL history: 
  3. When you purchased it: 
  4. Your region: 


In the meantime, I would also recommend contacting your local Phone Support to explore your options for this error.
