I bought this item few days ago but I cannot select this item, I don't have problem with the other DLC like Armored or Revelations

Hey there, Alaxsz! I'm very sorry to see if you are still running into this issue! This is definitely a weird one.

First, you will want to make sure your account and console regions match the region that you are physically located in. Some items are region locked on the 360, and if you are trying to download something from a marketplace for another region, you can run into errors like this. If you need to set up a region migration, you will want to change the region of your Xbox Live account.

If you have everything set up appropriately, then clarifying what exactly you are running into will help us out a lot. When you say you cannot select the item, do you mean in your game, or do you mean you are unable to select it somewhere in the dashboard?
