Cant see and use my "Xbox LIVE Gold" status on XBOX accaunt

In my microsoft account i see that i have "Xbox LIVE Gold " status  for 1 month. But i cant see and use it on my xbox account.

If you added the code on the website it can take a while to populate your account.  Do the following steps to speed up the process.

Go to System>Settings>Network and run a Connection Test.  This will sign you out.  When it is complete and you sign back in you should be good to go.

I already do this  several times. And i added the code 24 hours ago.

And you're absolutely certain that this is the account the membership was added to?  If so and it isn't showing then you should contact phone support for more assistance.
