cant redeem points code!!!

i bought a points code yesterday but when i try to redeem it the xbox says it isnt valid and the website says the redeem code page is missing!!!!!!!!

Ok, so which country do you live in and which country are the gamertags set up for?  I'm asking this because points codes are region locked and cannot be used outside of the country in which they were purchased.

Another option would be that they weren't activated properly at the retailer.  You could take them back and have them activated properly.

I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9.  I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.

I got the same problem but when i needed to press `A` to confirm to redeem the 15$ card on my xbox live account ,I accidently press `B` so now if i re enter the code it said that i already redeem the code ...BUT I DONT HAVE THE 15$ ON MY ACCOUNT ??
