Can’t redeem a gift game

Hi everybody,

recently my friend gifted me a game, Pac Man CE 2, but its not on my console or anywhere else. Whenever i try to redeem the code again it says it was already redeemed. But it never showed up on my console. Any ideas? Thank you

Can you check under https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders if the game shows up there?

Hi Knight x, yeah when I first got the email saying I was sent a gift, I just clicked through and accepted and it confirmed. But the game is nowhere to be found 🤔

Hey Arminator, yeah I keep checking it just in case but the game doesnt show up. And i used different browsers too just in case but no luck

maybe refresh you xbox then sometimes it takes a min to get there
