Can't purchase xbox live subsription via website or through the dashboard

Tried multiple times over the past week to subscribe to Xbox live gold and everytime i do on the website it says "Uh oh.. that shouldnt have happened, youve found a glitch in our system" and when im on my xbox trying its giving me a content unavailable error. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
