Can't purchase XBL Gold

For some reason I can't buy gold subscription, because when i select 12-months and hit *next*, it tells me that "This is not supposed to happen" and "you have found a fault in the system" (in norwegian).

I am doing this on xbox.com because I get an error message when I try to use my console.

I have tried several times, but the same page always pops up.

It also gives me this:

What's the error message and error code (if there is one) you see when you try to purchase it from the console?

You can try checking your account at billing.microsoft.com to make sure everything is correct and up to date.
