ummm wouldn't matter too much as you actually need to physically live in an xbox live region

why not create an actual account and select your actual REGION

its always best to create an account where you actually live

if you do not live in an actual xbox live region you will continue to have problems downloading

to avoid region errors you need to make sure your account reflects your actual region or you will have issues downloading content including region locked content

mexico is a supported region therefore you can purchase mexican ms points and a mexican account for the region locked content

forums.xbox.com/.../34.aspx

I’m getting “region” errors

In order to have the best experience on the marketplace, make sure that your account region and physical location match

your disk should match your region also to avoid language problems
