Can't play multiplayer with Xbox live :(

Just bought a 3 month subscribsion and can't play any games online. It says that I have Xbox live on the account details so why can't I play anything online? Very disappointed in the support part is well, no awnser on Twitter and they are never available on the phone. Nothing is working, already tried power restarting and deleting profile. Nothing worked plz someone for gods sake help me.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later). See here how to: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

2. Turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and boot up.

3. Redownload your profile and try again in the game.

If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us As your account's gold may need to be refreshed.

I'm sorry this might come off as rude but I've done every step here and nothing and I have tried contacting support for 6 hours now and nothing no response

You will need to contact xbox support as they need to refresh your gold membership. Please get into a live chat with them. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us Billing > no thanks > other > chat with xbox support.

I'm sorry to hear that there hasn't been full resolution for this.

This is something that does happen occasionally when just recently renewing your subscription, now it is fixable. 

The main way to actually get this resolved is by contacting Live Support as mentioned above they need to refresh your Gold subscription.
