Cant Play Alan Wake please help

I have Xbox 360 s one will play alan wake and one says it cant read the same disc what is the problem?

Ok is the disk scratched or dirty at all. Its it is I suggest cleaning it with a soft damp cloth. Also have you tried installing the game. If possible that might be a workaround. Finally, is it possible to try the disk on another 360? That will help determine if its the disk or the system giving the issue.

Depending on the age of your console, it will either be a fault or your disk drive may have broken over time.

they are both under a year  old the one that can play it will be a year old on thursday and the one that cant read it is months from being a year i have cleand the disc and everything do u really think the drive could go bad that fast?

yeah i cleaned the disc there are some light noremal use scraches but  nothing big and the install fails at 80%

It works perfect with other disc but just not Alan wake but Alan wake works in the older Xbox the support thing says to order an new disc but it works fine in the old console and they are both under a year old
