Can't get DLC, Status Cpde: 8C020008

Whenever I even try to look at a piece of downloadable content, I get an error message that says: 

 

"There's a problem with Xbox LIVE Marketplace. Please try again later.

 

Status code: 8C020008"

 

I've waited a few hours... how long is this going to last? I want to spend my money!

I've been seeing the same problem.  Just got my new xbox and I want all my demos back.  Plus DLC.  Posted on several places and just waiting for my phone to beep me an answer. HURRY I work soon and want to fill up my queue for while I'm there :)

I've got the same problem. Status code: 8C020008. New today, I was looking for Xbox LIVE Marketplace perfectly fine last night (didn't download anything), and came to do a similar thing today, and now with error code.

Seems to be a problem with the Xbox LIVE servers.

They are currently running a "spring service update" and all Marketplace items currently cant be accessed. If you try to access the Marketplace during this time you receive

Status code: 8C020008

depending if your area is effected.

Also if you try and use Prepaid codes, you will receive

Status code: 800700EB

I was told the updates should take 2 to 3 hours.

This update has deleted all my online passes for games, and now i have to pay for them again are you joking about £64 i've gotta spend just to play my game sonline i want it back for free

I have got the same problems! Fifa 11 pass online deleted, and when I tryed to download something i receive 8C020008. Help us please

Really xbox should be helping us more and be able to get the servers back up more quickly as we pay £40 per year for this along with the msp on top

I phoned xbox live support regarding this 8C020008. as helpful as a wet paper bag im outraged that microsoft are happy to take your supscription fees to use xbox live  but cant offer you with solutions or anything to help you with your problem with all them payments for xbox live service and no plan put in place to eradicate thiese on going xbox live issues
