Can't download license transfer

Whenever i try to download my license transfer on either of my accounts it says

"Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system."

 

does anyone know whats causing this; or a way i could manually download the licenses?

The only other way is by calling support to see if they can do it for you.

What do you mean "download your license transfer"? Exactly when do you get the error above?

Same problem as the OP. I get to the page where I am supposed to download the content licenses, I hit next, and then it takes me straight to the error page.

I read on a different site that the DRM is down at the moment? The person said that they called a support line...

I am having the same exact problem. That's just inconvenient timing for DRM to be down.

In the meantime, you can also download your content manually from your Download History under Account Management.

same thing and its not right it just happens to people that don't deserve it and I need my profile back.
