Can't buy 'Lair of The Shadow Broker', 'Overlord' of 'Kasumi - Stolen Memory' DLC

For some reason I am unable to buy the 3 DLC listed in the title. I can buy the others 'Genesis' and 'Arrival' with no issue at all but whenever I try to buy Shadow Broker, Overlord or Kasumi I get this error on Xbox 80153003. I've followed all of the steps to the letter, over and over with no success. 


The strange thing is I've tried to buy these 3 DLC through the Microsoft website and get a generic message saying I was unable to buy them. Only those 3.


I've spoke to xbox, they kept telling me to follow the steps in the error guide, then gave up and said talk to EA, I spoke to EA and the guy said "if it's not working it's probably out of stock" How can DLC be out of stock?


Anyone got any ideas?

Well, it seems to have been a glitch with the marketplace, because I was trying to get dlc stuff downloaded last night, and nothing went through. However, now there is ANOTHER problem, as the Kasumi DLC seems to have just disappeared from the marketplace. Will probly check in the marketplace tomorrow see if it got fixed, but not holding my breathe, honestly.

OMG!!!!!! Same here. except I was able to get everything except the Equalizer Pack! And the same thing, EA can't tell me why this is happening bc Its from the marketplace via xbox and they can't see in their systems. And Xbox doesn't know why either...lol So, it's gotta be a glitch like DDOmega666 says. It shows up, I click see pricing then confirm and then confirm purchase and then it says unable to complete purchase to try again. And when I try to get it using the game istelf from the game menu I get that same error code. I followed everything to the letter and nothing. I have been at this for 3 days now. All at different times of the day.

Sitting with exactly the same problem. 

I was able to purhcase Arrival, but was not able to purchase these 3. Tried buying it on Xbox and in Microsoft store, nothing worked. 

Really hope the issue will be resolved 

Same here, this issue is actually being reported on multiple other forums as well, it seems to be an issue with the EA servers.

I am having the same issues as well.

I just got off with Xbox Support about this. They said that they no longer have the license for the Kasumi DLC, which I why we can no longer buy it. I'm not sure about the others.

Is losing the license like that a common issue? I've never heard of it outside of copyrighted things like Rock Band songs. Did they say if there was any way to try to get the license restored or is there pretty much no chance because the DLC's so old?

I contacted EA Support and they said that all three of these DLCs are no longer available to download, even though Lair and Overlord still appear in the Xbox Marketplace and Kasumi doesn't. But they also said that Arrival isn't available either, even though I just downloaded it, so...

This Is Crap how do they expect us to play the game over without these important 3 dlcs??
