Can't buy Gold membership

So what gives I tried to buy an xbox live gold membership online from here but I get the message "can't do this process at this time" also I have tried to post several question on the forums but keep getting a blank page. And I now see that Netflix is not working which is half the reason  am trying to buy a gold membership

I am also having this problem. I've tried verifying that my card info is correct, and that I have money in my account, but it exits out whenever I try to update my info, and goes to the Main Screen like it should. The only difference is when I try to use any Xbox Live features, it says I need a Gold Membership, meanwhile my profile sayis it's Gold Active right now. Also my card has not yet been charged. I have been trying to resub my Xbox Live for 3 days, now.

 

Then when I try to come to this site for info or to check my account or remove an old credit card, it says "oops, that shouldn't have happened, you found a bug in the system" when I log in and won't allow me access to anything about my account. Is the entire system broken, or what?

Corndaddy: are you trying to purchase on Xbox.com? What happens if you try purchasing from the console?

I bought a digital Gold card online from Gamestop and used my consol to apply it. I was trying to buy at Xbox.com but finely gave up as the site seem to be having to many issues. Because of those issues I deleted my credit card from my profile as well.

I have tried from my console as well and online and it say's " Cannot retrieve information from Xbox Live " . I am getting irritated.. please answer back.
