cant authorize payment option. ....

im really upset about this . i just bought my xbox and i get this message. i have called my bank and they said my cards were fine. called xbox twice and they said they cant do anything. very dissapointed bcuz i thought xbox didnt have these sort of issues. i mean ppl are paying for online service and nothing can be done? i have never had issues with other consoles(ps3) when itcomes to purchasing games from the market. help plz. really want to be able to buy games so i

Xbox Support is able to help you with this, I don't know why they saying this. Maybe you went to the wrong department? Try calling again.
