Hey there WoolenCosine465! There are a couple steps that you'll need to take here. First off, have you logged into accounts.live.com to ensure that your billing information is accurate and up to date? As well as checked for any notices or messages?
If all seems normal, I'd suggest trying one of two things. If you just recently made a purchase, it may just be preventing you from making multiple purchases quickly so try waiting 24 hours and attempt to purchase again. Or, try using an alternate payment
