I try to rent a movie; paid 4.49 and then I got this error message. When I try to go over the movie again to rent it, it seems that I have to pay again. What should I do? Its not giving me options, how could a movie not be available? Could  at least get a credit to my account? Please somebody help me here. Thank you.
