Canot retrieve Information from Xbox Live Satatus Code: 80169e16

Im trying to download a game from the market place and keep getting this error code when ever i try to purchase it. Im doing it from my bank card not using microsoft points. It will let me download demo's etc ( Dragon age 2 demo) But wont let me purchase anything. I have tried using 2 differnet cards and have had no success so far. I checkewd all my info that was stored (Billing address etc) to make sure it was all up to date and correct which it is. Still having no luck

 

Might just have to go to the shops and buy the game 2nd hand for way, way cheaper after all this!

The problem here is that your account information doesn't seem to match the information on the card.  You will need to contact support and speak with billing to find out what the problem is.

Be wierd if that was true i bought  game about 3 months ago using the same info and nothings chnged. Ill give that a bash then cheers
