Cannot play songs

I purchased xbox music pass a few days ago and it wont stream or play any songs from ones I pick or the selection already on there please help! :(

What sort of error messages or error codes do you get when trying to stream songs? And what device is this with? A Windows 8 PC, your mobile device, a Surface, etc? Let us know!

This is on an xbox 360 ,no error codes or messages have appeared all it shows is the what song ive chosen ,the running time of the the song shows 00.00? I have deleted the app from my hardrive and begun anew but to no avail?

When trying to stream the songs, I imagine your console is connected to the internet? Can you try the steps in this 'Issues with connection speeds and disconnects' guide? Let us know if the steps there for troubleshooting your network connectivity help to get you up to speed!

Were you still unable to listen to music when your console was connected directly to your modem, as Solution 4 described in the steps that Mister Iffic shared?
 

Before giving that Solution a try, let's do a proper redownload of the Xbox Music app on your Xbox 360.  
 

1) On your console, go to Settings>System>Storage>All Devices>Games and Apps, find Xbox Music and Video and delete all of the files there.
 

2) Now, let's clear your console's system cache.
 

3) Restart your Xbox 360 console.
 

4) Start the Xbox Music app again.
 

Give those steps a try, and try the wired connection to your modem.  Let us know if that helps with the issue.

no i still get that icon next to the music tittle (!) and its 0:00/0:00  still

Have you done a re-download of your profile to your console yet?  It will refresh the copy of the profile that you have on your console to any new region that you may have migrated your account to.
 

Go to Social>Sign In or Out>Download Profile, follow the steps.  When your profile download is complete, try Xbox Music again.
 

Also, you'll want to make sure that the region on your console matches the region that you are in.  On your console go to Settings>System>Console Settings>Language and Locale.  There you can set the language of your console and the region/country that the console is located in.
 

Give those steps a try, and let us know if they help.

Hey Uzziel. Just so you know, when you switch regions, your Xbox Music Pass is automatically canceled. Have you switched regions recently?

i know ive done that already and i already pay again, ive payed 2 times this month, and it wont work, i live in mexico thats why my profile is mexico, i used to have the profile of US, but it didnt work anyways and now that im in my region it still wont work im just paying for nothing,
