Cannot install my game

Dear Support team

I just purchased a game named "Rare Replay" yesterday; however, this game could not be installed into my xbox one after the transction was done.

When I bought the game, the page was not turned to "download" and alway show me nothing.

Then I close the page and re-open it; find the game "Rare Replay"; get in; the system told me "you have already have bought the game"; then turn into "manage my game";

however, there is no game to be waiting for download.

I tried many times later, still failed.

How can I fix the issue?

 On your Xbox One in the upper left hand corner, check your notifications to see if there are any errors around the time you purchased it or if there is a notice about low or unavailable hard drive space. If there is, free up some hard drive space or let us know the error.

 If that isn't the problem. Go to your My Games & Apps and slowly scroll to the right and see if you see Rare Replay to the right with a cloud icon. If so, select it and start the download.

 If that doesn't work, try and doing a power cycle on your console by holding the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off.

 Let us know what you find out.
