Cannot Download "Kinect Sports" purchased over Xbox Live (from console)

The issue appears to be reproduced on TWO different consoles with my profile: "Xbox 360 Fat" and "Xbox 360 E"

The download is always interrupted in nearly 72-81% of a download.

Already tried:

My Region is Russia. 

Physically i am in Belarus (but there are no "Belarus" in region selection).

Ok. What do we have now?

MS owns my money for that content. I was not warned that "it will be impossible to use the content on my console".

I cannot switch the Region to "Belarus" one, cause there are no Belarus at all!

(by the way, can you give me the 100%, that the root cause is the Region problem?)

Why the 72% can be downloaded, but the rest of 28% not ?

The proportion is almost the same each time when i am trying to repeat my attempt.

Maybe the REFUND will simply solve my issue?

So, do i need (being in Belarus now) to take the console and go to Russia to download the game worth of 10USD ?

Or arrange any VPN in order to obtain Russian IP ?

What are the technical limitations in MS side? What consequences should match (IP, Provider etc.) in order to download the content ?

Vpn is not likely to work and we cant help you with vpn setups as they are a violation of the terms of use

No because you will have other issues

There is nothing that cab be done until your account region reflects your axtual region

Fyi this is enfofrced by international laws

If you queue usingnthe website. Rather then the console it avoids the region lock error

You can try the usual teoubleshooting but region errors is usualy the 99% if download fails

Delete the file

Clear system cache 3 times

Hardreset your modem andnrouter for 3nmins

Then try again

You will continue to have issues with digital content

Even sony has to abide by thw same laws
