when i go into the offer through the dashboard the payment options screen half loads then a message appears saying that it
'cannot retrieve xbox live information. try again later. error code 80190364'
ive had the same problem. Still trying to find out why its happening.

You should call the xbox support phone number for yor region. It seems like you may have some sort of billing issue going on.
yes i thought as much. its doing it on both of the consoles in my house and ive tested the router so i didnt think it was either of those.
